MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT

Valueforge Partners is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business and supply chains. We support the objectives of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and are committed to ensuring transparency and ethical practices in how we operate and advise clients.

OUR BUSINESS

We are a UK-based consultancy providing strategic and operational advice to businesses across a range of sectors. Our services include procurement transformation, supplier risk management, and operational efficiency improvements. While we are not a product-based business, we work closely with global supply chains and recognise the role we play in promoting responsible and ethical practices.

As a professional services organisation, the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations is low. However, we acknowledge that risks may exist further down the supply chains we engage with, directly or through our clients. As such, we have taken the following steps to mitigate and manage these risks:

• Conducted a risk assessment of our own suppliers, with a focus on sectors or geographies considered higher risk.

• Included anti-slavery clauses in our supplier agreements and standard terms of business.

• Raised awareness within our team about the signs of modern slavery and our responsibilities under the law.

• Advised clients on supplier due diligence frameworks and responsible sourcing practices where relevant.

Our Approach to Modern Slavery

Due Diligence and Risk Management

We maintain a selective supplier base and engage only with partners who demonstrate ethical standards aligned with our values. Our due diligence processes include:

• Onboarding checks to assess supplier legitimacy and policies.

• Annual reviews of supplier compliance and performance.

• Encouragement of suppliers to adopt their own modern slavery policies and undertake training.

All staff are made aware of modern slavery issues as part of our induction process. Team members involved in procurement or supplier engagement receive additional guidance on identifying and responding to modern slavery risks.

Training and Awareness

Our Commitment

We are committed to continuous improvement and will review and update our policies annually to ensure we remain effective in identifying and addressing risks of modern slavery. We also aim to support our clients in developing responsible supply chain strategies.
